Medical reports or test results are not sent through the lead workflow unless separately requested and necessary to provide the service.

For offerings provided under a franchise arrangement, Alpha Lifecare Corporate Services OPC Private Limited, Chennai, may act as the service provider and receive information reasonably needed to provide and support the relevant offering. Franchise scope may change over time, by location and by service; the applicable listing or booking confirmation will identify the provider. Information is shared with that entity only as needed for the relevant offering and applicable legal requirements.

We may disclose information where required by law, a competent authority or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect safety, rights or prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information as a customer-list business.

5. Health information

Health, test and booking information is treated as confidential. Access should be limited to people who need it to arrange or provide the requested service or meet legal duties. Do not use website booking data to seek emergency care.

The exact period depends on record type. The Tamil Nadu Clinical Establishments (Regulations) Rules, 2018 specify retention of not less than ten years for certain medical case records where that requirement applies.
